Session Policy

All sessions are intended to support healing and personal growth. You are responsible for the time and date of your appointment. All appointments will be made in Pacific Standard time. If you are late to your appointment, Heather  will do her best to honor your time, but unfortunatley cannot go past your allotted time due to scheduling. All sessions and gift cards are non refundable. If it is necessary for you to cancel your appointment and reschedule, we will do our best to get you in as soon as possible.

By booking an appointment, you consent to having read, and understand, the Disclaimer and Policies.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is extremely important. We do not collect, sell, or disclose your personal information to outside parties.

Site Policy

Information provided on this website, or during a session, should not be used as a substitute for medical advice; always consult a medical practitioner. Any use of the information provided is at the client’s discretion and risk. Neither Heather Sprigg, or Heather Sprigg, LLC can be held responsible for any loss, claim or damage arising out of the use, or misuse, of the suggestions made, the failure to take medical advice or for any material suggested within this website, third party websites, or sessions.

Refund and Cancelation Policy

All purchases are final. All purchases are non-refundable. If it is necessary for you to cancel your appointment and reschedule, we will do our best to get you in as soon as possible. 

Age Policy

All clients must be at least 18 years old, unless a parent is present during the healing.

For legal reasons, we must advise you that any intuitive healings are for entertainment purposes only.
